The Team of Hope is a dynamic team of ordinary, yet courageous and inspirational people, who climbed Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro, in an effort to raise public awareness of the symptoms of Lymphoma and the importance of early detection of this type of cancer.

The Climb took place early May 2010 and was captained by Robby Kojetin, (the 17th South African to summit Mount Everest). He captained a team, which included two Lymphoma survivors, one being a “big brother house mate”, carrying messages of hope on a soccer ball from other Lymphoma survivors, hence Team of Hope.
